Okay, here's a comment! Why don't you guys carpool. People drive as far as they can up to the college. Park the cars in a safe spot, hike around the bad spot and the school van, car, bicycle will be waiting to shuttle said people to the school. Having said this, you probably have already thought of it and are doing it. Sorry about Father, may he rest in peace! Kitty

Well, since most of us live on campus (unfortunately), it's not much of a problem for the students.

For the tutors who live in Santa Paula, some have been carpooling and hiking up, thought there have been some disputes with the CalTrans workers about that, and some have just been driving around.
