I played this over here yesterday.

And, man, were they sweet! And they barely even sounded at all without the headphones on! They'd be much nicer to pack around then a regular acoustic set, and you could always mike the occasional real drum... I'm open to a mix of electronic and acoustic ones, myself...
Percussion is percussion... It doesn't matter so much WHAT you hit, as long as YOUR HIT produces a cool noise...
